The Village of Roselle formed a Sister City commission in 1999 and approved Bochnia, Poland, as our first Sister City in 2000.The official document was signed in 2003 in Bochnia and in 2004 in Roselle.

The Roselle Sister Cities Association (RSCA) was officially incorporated under the laws of the State of Illinois on July 16, 2018 as 501c non-profit Organization. The new autonomous not-for-profit status gives the organization more flexibility in fundraising, dispersing charitable funds, and record keeping.
We are active members of the Illinois Sister Cities Association, a non-profit organization for Illinois communities linked with similar communities around the world to promote lasting friendship through a variety of programs.
Roselle and Bochnia, Poland are currently connected as Sister Cities through our Polish Committee. We also have new sister cities in Laatzen, Germany and Mola di Bari, Italy.
The RSCA Board of Directors meet once every quarter in person as per the following schedule. Occasionally, there are also meeting via ZOOM as required.
