To participate:
• Online pickup, Kiosk, and Catering order: Use the code on the flyer in the “Apply Offer” field.
• In-person orders: Show the flyer (printed or digital) or simply mention the fundraiser when ordering.

Location: IL - Bloomingdale, 134 E. Lake St.
Giveback: 20% of qualifying sales
Fundraising orders must be pickup only (sorry no delivery!) from the approved restaurant during the scheduled time.
